The Los Angeles Dodgers have reportedly added former All-Star closer Chris Perez. Perez and the Dodgers have reached an agreement on a one-year deal, according to FOX Sports. He is taking his physical Monday. The 28-year-old Perez was released by the Indians on Oct. 31. The right-hander saved 123 games for Cleveland from 2010-13. He went 5-3 with a 4.33 ERA and 25 saves in 54 appearances last season. Perez was an All-Star with the Indians in 2011 and 2012, saving a total of 75 games during those two years. Back in June, Perez and his wife were arrested for marijuana possession. He pleaded no contest in September and was put on probation for a year. The outspoken pitcher also criticized the fans in Cleveland and made controversial statements about the ownership and attendance. In 344 career games with the Cardinals and Indians, Perez is 15-21 with a 3.41 ERA and 132 saves.
